Solaris Strategies Singapore Pte Ltd is a pro-impact multi-functional trisector policy and business consultancy.  Solaris Consortium of Management Consultancies is led by Solaris Strategies Singapore. While resourced with several partners to serve any tri-sector organization of any size with group strategy and cross-functional consulting (strategy-innovation-entrepreneurship, market analysis, HR/Organisational development, operations, data analytics, branding/marketing, enterprise risk management, corporate governance, survey, and business excellence), Solaris is also committed to serve underserved governments, corporates and nonprofits to achieve impactful outcomes.

The Solaris way

Solaris is especially useful in solving complex problems where perhaps the problem itself is unclear! Our partners have worked in governments, corporates and nonprofits before and we know how different sectors operate. Three ways distinguish us:

· We marshal the best of theory and practice (22 years average experience) to pragmatically solve the problem (we probably have more PhDs with practitioner experience by ratio than MNC consultancies!)

· We co-create strategies with our client organisations to maximise staff ownership and lasting impact (most consultants are instructor-grade in professional guilds or Universities so we train+consult)

· We strategise in Agile mode to help our clients better navigate the unknown reality and market (we prefer long term relationship with clients because problems adapt faster than solutions, we play the trusted advisor to our clients to be slightly ahead).  

Service offering

Solaris prefers to get plugged into our client organization to provide full-suite consulting towards a desired outcome in X years. This allows Solaris to anchor a process (transformation, business model change, regionalisation, market-changing shift) from conception to fruition in Agile mode. Simply put, different phases of a change process (problem setting/market analysis, strategy [environment+organization+vision] identification, strategy implementation [HR/OD+tech+ops process], strategy adjustment [marketing+comms+Agile]) require different consulting functional expertise, which Solaris is proficient to customize at non-MNC consultancies’ price. A la carte offerings are available.
